AIR1 XH units are energy-saving, fully automated, low-noise and ready-to-use ventilation units with heat recovery. The AIR1 XH units are available in 8 different versions and designed to meet the volume flow requirements of up to 8500 m 3 /h. There are standard-compliant filters of class ePM1 55% on the outside air side and a filter of class ePM10 50% on the extract air side.

The AIR1 XH devices are equipped with highly energy-efficient, low-noise and power-saving fans. Fans with EC motors can be operated at 3 fixed speeds or continuously using the built-in intelligent control with the help of an air quality sensor.

The AIR1 XH units are equipped with cross-counterflow heat exchangers in which the heat from the exhaust air is recovered and transferred to the incoming outside air via the plate heat exchanger, so that both air flows remain separate. This process means that more than 80% of the heat from the exhaust air is transferred to the outside air, depending on the respective operating conditions.

The supply air is fed to the primary areas (supply air requirement) via the duct system. The used air is extracted from the adjoining rooms (such as social rooms, toilets, showers, etc.). It flows back through the duct to the ventilation unit, transfers the heat and is released into the atmosphere via the exhaust air duct.
